I tried messing around with physically stripping the kimono and pantsu, but ended up just faking it. MMD playback slows down a ton when I load in another model, so I'll probably look into using a bone for it in pmx editor some other time. If anyone has any advice on optimizing MMD for multiple models, or if I'm just missing something, it would be appreciated.
