満員電車では鞄などは体の前に抱えるて周囲の人にぶつけない体勢にする事がマナーである。 当鎮守府でも電車移動する際にはそのマナーを徹底し、一般市民の皆様とはトラブルにならない様に指導している。 朝潮ちゃんも今回演習を行う基地へ電車移動したが指導のおかげでトラブル報告はなかった。
